Personal data may be disclosed without your consent only in case of litigations / disputes regarding payment frauds on the following addresses: banks involved in online payments, International Organizations of Cards and Services / Products Suppliers, and only according to the law, on endorsed institutions. In accordance with Law no. 677/2000, our clients have the following rights:


1) Right to information (Article 12).


2) Right to data access ( Article 13) – the right to obtain, upon request and free of charge, once a year, confirmation that data concerning him are or aren’t processed by the data operator.


3) Right to Intervention (Article 14) – the right to require the data operator, through a written request and free of charge, the following:

  1. a) Correcting, updating, blocking or deleting incomplete, inaccurate or unlawful processed data;
  2. b) Transforming unlawful personal data into anonymous data;
  3. c) Notifying third parties concerning the transactions referred to in subparagraph a) and b).


4) Right to oppose (Article 15) – the right to oppose, free of charge and through a written complaint, for legitimate reasons regarding his particular situation, to the processing of data that concern him.


5) Right to go to court (Article 18) – the right to go to court to defend the rights guaranteed by law and which have been violated.


6) Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Article 25).
